🌟Empowerment through Inclusion: Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace🌟 I’m excited to share that our online seminar held last Thursday was a great success! We had a fantastic turnout with more than 40 students with SEN joining us, and we were honored to host our speakers Rachael Orleans Phyllis Pang Mathew Gollop from JPMorgan, HSBC, and Connected Group. Key topics that we have covered: 💡What is DE&I and why is it essential for business success? 💡Career opportunities in D&I 💡Understanding financial inclusion 💡The impact of inclusion on organizational culture The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with an average rating of 4.7! All in all, while diversity is a natural reality, achieving equity and cultivating inclusion requires deliberate choices and actions. When effectively implemented, these elements foster a sense of belonging, allowing individuals to feel accepted and valued in their communities and workplaces.
