This challenge is not just a test of physical endurance but also a challenge for team dynamics and interpersonal resilience. This past weekend marked the beginning of our collaboration with 44West as we dived into our first team coaching session focused on building the team's resilience. 🔎 Reflecting on Team Dynamics: We delved deep into the intricacies of their teamwork and communication, acknowledging the strengths and pinpointing areas for growth. Understanding and preparing for potential future conflicts was a key part of our discussion. ❗ Identifying Challenges: The race and the preparation phase pose unique demands. Recognizing these early on helps in strategizing and fortifying the team's resolve. 🚀 Harnessing Resources: Identifying the internal and external resources available to the team is crucial for navigating the challenges ahead.
