Transparency in Recruitment: My Experience with @Al Ghanim International Kuwait Sharing My Experience with Al Ghanim International Today, I feel the need to share a recent experience that has been both disappointing and challenging. I was offered a position at Al Ghanim International, a company based in Kuwait, and after six months of anticipation and preparation, I was informed that my application had been rejected. This unexpected decision, especially after such a long period, has been quite disheartening. Like many professionals, I made significant adjustments and commitments based on the offer, and this revocation has had a substantial impact on my career plans. I believe this situation highlights the importance of transparent communication and timely updates during the recruitment process. Job seekers invest time, effort, and trust in organizations, and such decisions can affect not only their professional paths but also their personal lives. I am sharing this not to single out any organization but to bring attention to the importance of accountability in recruitment practices. I hope this post serves as a reminder for companies to handle such matters with greater care and consideration for the candidates involved. To my fellow professionals, if you’ve faced similar experiences, let’s continue supporting each other and learning from these challenges. As I move forward, I remain optimistic and open to new opportunities where I can contribute and grow. #JobSearch #ProfessionalGrowth #RecruitmentExperience #Al ghanim international Kuwait #RecruitmentTransparency #ProfessionalGrowth @Al Ghanim International Kuwait #Alghaniminternationalinternships #TalentAcquisition #EngineeringExcellence #GrowthAndDevelopment #WeMakeItHappen #AlghanimInternational

I was in a bus today headed home when I heard someone say," if all the people crying about employment and flocking KICC for Qatar interviews realized that having papers isn't a guarantee for a job and that they should work harder and stop complaining they'll be far." But really not everyone can be a CEO hence as much as people throw the statement of use your knowledge to build something we all have different strengths and our hope is exploiting that to get forward in life. So many of us graduate every twice a year in this country those are more than a million graduates every year thrown to a world of drastic unemployment rates and new levels of devastation. You should give people grace I mean how many of you figured life immediately after school? Everyone is trying to get forward in life in one way or another let's be patient with each other as long as there's effort being put into something it's worth it. We all wanna be CEOs and have the 6 figures salary and all but even a CEO needs subordinates which means every other department that makes a company is important and unique on its own so not everyone will finish school with ideas of a startup so it's okay if others wanna find jobs and work for someone there's no shame in that. That said if you're a recent graduate like me☺️ keep striving and be smart you'll definitely achieve what you set out to do and of course it may take time but be patient and consistent and it'll all fall in place.Rooting for you! #unemployment #graduatesunemployment #jobs #newgraduate #unemploymentinkenya #findingjobs #consistency #giveyourselfgrace #perseverence #keepstriving #open

"A career coach in need is a career coach indeed " 😊 The real career coach is like a marketing analyst for your career . He conduct a feasibility study to help you understand market demands and supply , and guides you in building the right skills and credentials to secure your targeted job " In Egypt the term " career coach " is often overused .
