Great innovations often come from how we define problems. Take the example of early transportation. Before cars, horse-drawn carriages were the norm. The problems were clear: speed, safety, and efficiency. 🔧 If you define the problem as “slow travel,” you might work on faster horses or better carriages. 🛠️ If you see it as “inefficient transport,” you might innovate with steam engines or automobiles. 🚲 If you focus on “high maintenance and costs,” you might develop simpler, more cost-effective solutions like bicycles. The key is not just identifying problems but defining them in ways that lead to creative solutions. PS- What problems are you defining today?
