What do you do when things go silent in sales development? I don't mean no one is making calls, but I mean no meetings are being set. How do you keep the team going up 📈 We use Slack to post each demo that we book and it's great to see the team celebrate each win! 🏆 However, it's a reminder that when things are not constantly going off that things are slow. So how do we help our team in those times? 🦗 ^ This little cricket emoji is what I use. It creates a fun and engaging atmosphere by saying "Whoever sets the next meeting gets the cricket out of here." It's sparked laughter, nicknames, and even other managers have jumped in on it. 🙌 I guess what I'm saying is try to make the parts that are hard more fun to keep everyone in a good state of mind. 🧠 What are some ways you help your team in similar situations? #sales #salesdevelopment #SDR
