Great article on why companies should have both in house and external PR from Fast Company. When I hear folks ask this question, I often give them the Pepsi commercial example. Yes, Kendall Jenner, that one. While that is paid media, it really highlights the need to involve outside perspectives and voices before launching something into the market. On one hand, agencies offer invaluable strategic counsel backed by years of experience tailoring to specific audiences. Then, on the other, an internal team offers a deep understanding of all the in and outs of the company/product/people an external team may not have visibility into. Together, they create a powerhouse, a truly unstoppable PR dream team. Stronger together 💪🏼
