They are Recovering! In the first two months of working with his team they were able to recover over $5000. The owner was beyond surprised as he didn’t realize his staff was that under instructed. In our coaching meeting, the owner was ashamed of how he had let his business progress downward and how his clients have be misinformed and treated. He went on to say he had turned a blind eye to it as he had a feeling for what was going on but was embarrassed to admit he failed himself, his company, and his staff. There is no blaming and shaming here at FIX it CHANGE it. We acknowledge the issues, fix and change what we can and move forward. It is not about pointing the blame.
