Enhance Our Members' Input*: Increase avenues for member feedback to shape policy and advocacy. *5. Revitalise Our Brand*: Strengthen our image and communication for better visibility and impact. *6. Enhance Continuous Professional Development*: Implement a robust CPD system for continuous member skill enhancement. *7. Reward Members and Uphold Ethics*: Recognise and reward engineering excellence and maintain high ethical standards.
