Clogged nozzles of white ink cartridges are a real headache 🤷♂️ Why is white ink more likely to clog than other colors of ink??? Is it because it is the same color as milk? Or is it because of its raw materials? The white ink cartridge is clogged because of the sediment in the cartridge. A bottle of white ink will produce sediment when it is left standing for a long time. Failure to shake the ink cartridge before use can also cause the nozzle to become clogged. 🙍♀️ So how can we do? Use the ink suction card clamp tool to vacuum the ink cartridge, as shown in the video #TIJ #Thermalinkjet #inkcartridge #whiteinkcartridge #solventbased #inkcartridgecloge #TIJINK #codingsolutions #codingandmarking #inkjetprinting #cloggedsolutions

Behind the scenes: there are a ton of metrics to watch during the day. We monitor ink levels on our machines, ensure there is enough paper/materials for our jobs, and we even keep an eye on humidity & temperature in the shop. Why? Paper absorbs moisture, and that can greatly impact the quality of print, drying time, etc. #DRSImagingandPrint #behindthescenes #motivationmonday #printshop #largeformatprinter #posters #banners #signs #stickers #andmore #doylestownprinter #doylestown #buckscountyprinter

Yesterday was the launch of the Sizzix Stamp & Spin Tool, and if you saw my Stories yesterday, you got a little peep at this card I made. I'll be sharing a YouTube tutorial later using another one of the stamp sets Sizzix designed for this release, but I just wanted to share the card I made the first time that I played with this new tool. (Get the full list of supplies here: https://shrsl.com/4ify7) >>Let's talk about the benefits of this particular stamping tool.<< 1. The Stamp & Spin Tool fits directly onto the Stencil & Stamp platform. So if you already have the platform, you don't need to buy a whole new tool just to get the spinning function--just this fun accessory! Because who wants to have 3 to 5 stamping platforms just to get all the functions you need? 2. The Stamp & Spin tool is very ergonomic. It fits in my hands nicely (and I have little hands), plus the spin and click motion is smooth. And I do mean click! Because the spinning part of the platform clicks nicely into place and keeps it from moving until you spin it again. 3. This tool has some amazing grid lines on it that divides your wheel into sections like little pie slices. This allows you to perfectly line up your stamps, whether you want to create a wreath, or a repeating background. The Sizzix Engineers literally think of everything! 4. You can use this tool to do regular stamping too! You don't need to spin it to stamp a sentiment or other element that you want to fussy cut--like I did with the sentiment and butterfly for this card. 5. Let's talk the amazingness that is the Stencil & Stamp platform! You can fit even 12x12 papers in this platform because there is no edge on it. The sticky grid allows you to place your cardstock anywhere and holds it in place while you work. So if like me, you love to make cards, scrapbook layouts, mixed media projects plus more--this platform can handle it all, and now, the Stamp & Spin Tool adds a fun spin to your projects! #mysizzixstory #sizzix #cardmaking #mixedmedia #handmade #makersgonnamake #maker #papercrafting #scrapbooking

Getting faded spots or lines on your printed TP subli sticker sheet after pressing it? Don’t worry—here’s how to fix it. The rubber mat in your heat press can get very hot, causing your sticker sheet to lift from its backing, which can create bubbles and wrinkles and damage the print. To prevent this, remove all bubbles using a scraper and place some copy paper underneath the sticker sheet. The copy paper will help absorb excess heat from the rubber mat, ensuring a smooth, flawless finish. Follow the simple steps in this video for the flawless results you’re looking for.

Avoid costly reprints and unsightly results with precise calendar trimming. Correct sizing ensures rims fit perfectly and your product looks polished and professional. Key Tips to Remember: • Trim calendars exactly to size to match rim length. • Ensure calendars are trimmed square for even tops and bottoms. • Leave a 10mm bleed at the top (and bottom if needed) to avoid white gaps between rims and print. Don’t let incorrect trimming ruin your final product. Learn the best techniques to save time and money! 👉 Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/dCPMXDnK #CalendarTrimming #PrintFinishing #PressProducts #ProfessionalFinish #AvoidReprints
