I've been trying for so long to lose weight and take care of myself. Telling a story is how you take your power back. Type 2 diabetes. His life was getting hard. I had two kids and I had to come to terms with the fact that you were working with a new body. What's the kind of life that you want to live? What do you want to be able to do? I'm going to get healthier. I want to be there for my grandkids. My hope is that I can keep up with our future children. Playing pickleball and playing with my knees. Get back into the dance studio. I'm finally in the driver seat and I feel like I could do. Maybe. This is me saying I'm coming back to myself. I'm coming back to the world because I deserve a beautiful life.
