It’s officially one day to go until our Creator App's 1 year Anniversary celebrations in London ahhh!! 🪩 Just under a year ago, in December, we celebrated our one-year anniversary that began as our Academy! Since then, we’ve made great progress, and as we’ve grown, we successfully introduced our Creator App, which now has an amazing 500 members in the community. Fast forward to tomorrow, and we’re looking forward to our one-year anniversary celebrations in London to celebrate our Creator App's birthday! A big thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way. 💓 The team are so excited to meet some of our community! It’s set to be a great evening of celebrations and networking with like-minded creators in the beauty industry. Get ready to be glam and to capture lots of pics of the night! See some of you tomorrow! 🥂

Have you ever felt a warm nudge to return a favor after someone did something kind for you? That's the power of reciprocity in action! In the world of UX design, reciprocity can be your secret weapon for building user loyalty and engagement. Here's how it works: The Gift of Value: Shower your users with something valuable – a free trial, a helpful guide, an exclusive discount. By providing something useful for free, you plant the seed of reciprocity, making them feel like they owe you one. This subtle nudge makes them more likely to take the next step, like signing up or making a purchase. Honesty is Key: Transparency is everything. Make your offer crystal clear, with no hidden costs or catch-22s. This builds trust and establishes your genuine desire to help. After all, who wants to feel manipulated? Highlight the "Why": Don't just offer something – showcase its worth! Show users how your offering solves their problems or brings them closer to their goals. This personalizes the experience and motivates them to engage with your generosity. Real-World Examples: Dropbox's Gift of Storage: Their 2GB free storage offer, coupled with referral incentives, encourages users to share the goodness, fostering a community through reciprocity. Duolingo's Learning Loophole: Free language lessons paired with donation requests tap into the user's desire to reciprocate after benefiting from valuable content. By incorporating the principle of reciprocity, you can create a win-win scenario for both you and your users. They feel valued and empowered, while you cultivate a loyal user base that's more likely to stick around for the long haul. So, go forth and spread the gift – your users will thank you for it!

Yesterday we took Shopfront on the road and sponsored the Revamped Vintage Market in Prahran 🛍️ Key takeaways: • In person markets aren't going away, but there are certain items/categories that just sell better online, and that's not changing either • Subscription models are a better way for sellers to manage finances in an already fragmented environment • Juggling multiple listing uploads and getting the right imagery are still the biggest pain points that deter people from an omni-channel approach to selling I'd like to think that even if you've done a huge chunk of validation, when an opportunity comes along to speak directly with and learn from your ICP in action, take it. Looking forward to more community events ⚡️

Thank you. To everyone who reacted to a post, replied to a comment, added to the impressions, visited the website, reached out in a private message, applied for the program, and every other action, small or large. Those few moments of your time make a world of difference for someone who is just trying to make ends meet and bring stability to others. There is no greater force than a community with a shared goal. You may often ask yourself in life "how do I actually support this, when I have nothing monetary to offer?" The answer is simple: engage. Participate. The algorithm isn't some mystical force beyond human comprehension. Your likes, your comments, your reposts, your clicks, your watchtime... these are how you support the people that you care about in the digital age. Don't underestimate how valuable these small contributions can be. On the contrary, if you find content that you don't agree with and wish it wasn't in your feed... don't engage with it. Don't be baited into commenting. Let it fade into obscurity. There was once a time when you had to build a platform before you could shout from it. The internet is a global platform with millions of voices speaking at once. The loudest ones get noticed. Choose where to spend your time and energy wisely, you are finite. You are precious. 🤍

We launched fast. And our community grew faster. At our peak, we were a top 10 NFT collection. The secret that supercharged everything? Our Lazy Lions "ROARwards" program. Members earned points for specific actions: → Changing profile pics → Joining activities → Engaging in discussions They could see their ranks. It sparked friendly competition. Everyone rallied to get involved. It became crucial to our early success. Try adding this approach: ↳ Reward engagement ↳ Foster friendly competition ↳ Track and display member rankings Your community isn't just a group of followers. It's a dynamic, engaged network. And rewarding contributions makes all the difference. Want to implement this strategy? Here's how: 👇 — What will you reward in your community this month? Consider reposting ♻️ if you think more people should be building thriving communities. Follow Ashur Homa for more web3 founder tips.

On this 1st of October, I’m celebrating a milestone— not just 500+ followers, But 500+ connections, supporters, and collaborators who have been part of my journey. 🙌 69 days ago, I decided to start practicing in public instead of waiting for things to be perfect. And here’s what I’ve learned: --- 1. Real-Time Feedback = Real Growth • Practicing behind the scenes limits your growth. • Putting myself out there has given me direct feedback from real people. • This feedback has helped me improve faster than I imagined. --- 2. Trust Builds Through Transparency • People connect with the process, not just the end result. • By sharing my journey, I’ve built trust and community with my connections. • That’s how I’ve reached this milestone—through consistent, honest sharing. --- 3. Consistency Breeds Accountability • Public practice means showing up for yourself—and your audience. • I’ve been learning out loud, and that’s kept me accountable every step of the way. • This milestone is just one result of that dedication. --- 4. Visibility Unlocks Opportunity • My audience has become my network. • With every post, I’ve attracted people who resonate with my journey. • As I continue, new opportunities are already opening up—and I know more are on the way. --- The truth is: I’m celebrating a community of 500+ amazing people today because I stopped waiting for perfection and started taking action. So, here’s my advice—start practicing in public. Your growth will surprise you, and your community will be there to cheer you on! P.S This community isn’t about numbers: It’s about learning. It's about growing. It's about sharing insights together. Your feedback, engagement, and support have pushed me to improve every day. THANK YOU!🧡
