This is something which years ago, the work would have been done by divers! Imagine the hazards they were exposed to back then, especially closed to the propellers of the vessels and other strong currents. The dangers and lives loss were unimaginable. I really appreciated their resilience to carry out their diving operations under such circumstances. My salute to all commercial divers!! Today, when I saw this autonomous robot doing scanning of the hull of vessel with little efforts, I told myself, this is how we could have saved lives. There’s a better way to approach hazards type of work. At ARIAS System Pte Ltd, our mission is to provide autonomous robotic solutions to our clients to reduce the cost and avoid the hazards to humans.
