𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿! Have you ever experienced a 𝘁𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 at your workplace? A culture with lack of trust, purpose and recognition? It is difficult to point out exactly why the culture is toxic and how you change it. That's why the course on "𝗔𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲" stood out to me. It made it clear that culture starts on the top and shapes the entire organisation. It made me think that the secret sauce of successful startups maybe their focus on cultivating the right culture from the very start. The founders simply establish a benchmark for the rest of their team to follow. Maybe we should include training on how to 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 when doing entrepreneurship programs to support founders? A winning culture doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built intentionally, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend #ExcellentCultures with @stevegandara and Clint Hatton. I'm so grateful that I was invited for this two-day workshop! Remember to watch out for the Culture Monsters who will ruin your company culture!
