We released our Zonda New Home Lot Supply Index report this morning. While the national market was still categorized as significantly undersupplied, there were three green shoots in the report: 1. Lot supply loosened 1.8% QOQ 2. Total incoming lots, those in the equipment on site, excavation, and roadwork phases, were collectively up 17.4% YOY and 8.2% QOQ 3. Lots specifically in the roadwork phase (think paving and streets in) rose to the highest level in over six years These numbers are critical to track since lot supply is the prerequisite for homebuilding.
