Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor. 2024 proved that service management excellence isn't just about tools and processes - it's about building resilience in an increasingly complex digital landscape. When the CrowdStrike/Azure incident disrupted global operations, it highlighted why mature ITSM practices matter more than ever.
