Toxicity generates toxic behaviour. It is your decision who will be in your life and who will not. Until you don’t feel that respect from within, you will never be able to get that respect from anyone. Give yourself that respect. Stay away from such people. I have seen even in good startups or companies which have amazing work culture, as clearly seen in the picture one wrong or bad hire destroys the culture and rhythm of productivity as well as bonding between team members which was continuously going on from past some time. So nothing is constant even the culture is dynamic and depend on the situations. Amazing learning about how culture shifts happen. Keep growing and keep smiling 😊
You can be surrounded by any type of people, but what truly matters is whether they influence or inspire you. If you remain strong, resist negativity, and radiate positivity, no one can affect you!
Obvious
Yes. Very true. When we peal out the bad parts we make even the bad part go away. Sometimes a life changer helps the bad portions better and change for them also make a difference. Yes I practically have seen this by leaving the fruit that cannot change in some cases and keeping the positive professional and personal friends. A belief system of quality friendship than quantity always made a happy day. We should reflect and inspire others through kindness and happiness
It resonates with me at so many levels, and it's not only about habits it's also about aura and energy of a person so always choose your tribe wisely ❤️
Toxic environments breed negativity, and it’s up to you to set boundaries. Surround yourself with people who uplift and respect you, starting with the respect you give yourself. When you prioritize your well-being, you create space for growth and positivity. Choose wisely who gets to be part of your life—you deserve peace and respect.
I am building a global movement for safer workplaces, but I agree: Staying away from toxic people is important. To boost our lives, let's accept and build a support system filled with good friends who help us change for the better!
If you don't set boundaries and prioritize your own well being, you will end up attracting toxicity around you. Surround yourself with people who will uplift you always.
A powerful reminder to prioritize our mental health and well-being.

3wReading through these comments, I see how easy it is to notice toxic behavior in others but not in ourselves. It’s important to think about how we act and if we’re being negative without realizing it. We can’t control what others do, but we can control how we react and stay positive. Staying positive, even when things around us are negative, can make a big difference. To see if we might be showing toxic behavior, we can ask ourselves: * Do I often complain without trying to find solutions? * Am I quick to put others down or criticize them? * Do I focus only on the negative and ignore the positive? * Do I find it hard to be happy for other people’s success? * Do I bring a lot of drama or conflict into situations? If you find yourself saying yes to any of these, it might be time to reflect and make changes. Let’s take a moment to think about our own actions and try to be better for ourselves and those around us.
