Have been talking to Scottish agency owners impacted by the Scottish government's advertising freeze today - they're not happy due to the short notice of the freeze and the uncertainty around what 'non-essential' advertising actually means. Surely the very fact the government has been spending money on public service ads to help make Scotland 'healthier, safer and smarter' for years means all these campaigns are essential.
