In my recent poll on the most in-demand skills for recruiters in 2025, AI and technology proficiency took the lead with 36% of the votes, highlighting the growing importance of tech in hiring processes—and I’m not surprised by this result! Adaptability and learning followed at 29%, showing how crucial it is to stay agile in a rapidly changing market. Skills-based hiring (21%) and empathy & people-centric skills (14%) also ranked as key areas, emphasizing the need for recruiters to balance technology with a human touch.
