From our 268 barriers installed, we catch an average of 15 kg of trash per barrier per day. Our barriers are a cheap and efficient way to stop plastic from going into the ocean. Wondering what’s inside of the 15 kg of trash? Here is a quick breakdown. On average, each of us generates 4.5 pounds of waste per day. That’s over 1,600 pounds per person every year (EPA, 2023). Now, imagine the ripple effect if each of us made just one change in our daily habits. Together, we could significantly reduce waste and its environmental impact. What’s one habit you’ve adopted to cut down on waste in your life?

This forwarded post below is action-orientated momentum of note, is it not? Exemplary of walking the walk. Leaving me to wonder what my equivalent could be. How about you? In summary of the below from Mike Smith, I see two things: [1] Making changes to one's own vocational focus, towards a future orientated need [2] Whilst also repairing what is already done in that same domain, with means to connect to ones enablers related to item [1]. Together this pairing becomes "walking the walk", or "leading by example" but also shows the means to sustain oneself and sustain a better version of the future. So what could that be for me, I wonder? How about you? - Will you forward the below, or check the link to better packaged products; all with similar wonderment, or everyday support? - Who else exemplifies this to you? - What summary of what makes that exemplary can you share? - What example can you offer me (us, or you) that shines a light on finding our own more noble path?
