𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀: •Investigating workplace complaints or grievances. •Conducting surveys to assess engagement levels. •Organizing team-building activities and recognition events. •Ensuring employees understand workplace rules and guidelines. •Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. •Acting as a liaison between management and employees. •Providing employees with updates on company policies or changes. •Tracking exit interview feedback and reporting. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹  •Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. •Responsible for administering payroll system •Administer employee records and maintain HR databases. •Manage employee benefits programs ( Social , Medical , Life insurance ) and handle open enrollment. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area •2 years of experience working in Human Resources •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus •Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. •Fluent business English is a must.
