Validation is a responsibility. When companies or investors make decisions on where to place their betting chips, they don't just want 'anecdotes' or 'hunches', they want evidence. Evidence that the there is a sizable market gap to be filled, a quantifiable gap between needs and the level of satisfaction with current solutions. That's why every module of the VUKA Works process includes 'assessment' to validate your decisions with evidence - whether that's through rigourous feedback or market research. And 'evidence' is not 'proof' - there's no proof that anything that's new will be a success.
