I hope this message finds you well. Today, I feel compelled to share my experience at Razaz Group a journey that has been both challenging and enlightening. My intention is not to disparage but rather to provide insight for those considering opportunities within the organization.
During my time with Razaz Group, I encountered a work environment that can only be described as unprofessional and toxic. The leadership, particularly the CEO, displayed behaviors that were not only narcissistic but also detrimental to team morale and productivity. Constantly shifting priorities led to confusion and frustration, as tasks were frequently altered, resulting in a repetitive and unproductive work schedule.
Additionally, it was concerning to note that he monitored surveillance cameras 24/7, including both video and audio, which I found to be completely inappropriate.
What struck me most was the lack of transparency and fairness in compensation. Despite my dedication and hard work, I was disheartened to receive only 40% of my salary, with the explanation being deductions for days off, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holiday vacations. This approach to compensation felt not only unjust but also indicative of a larger culture of disregard for employee well-being.
I initially hesitated to share my experience, but I believe it’s crucial to prevent others from falling into a similar situation. Job seekers deserve to know the reality of a workplace before committing their time and energy.
As I move forward, I am open to new experiences and roles—preferably in a healthy environment where respect and collaboration thrive, rather than one characterized by chaos and uncertainty.
If you’re considering a position at Razaz Group, I urge you to approach with caution and conduct thorough research. Your professional journey should be one of growth, respect, and fulfillment, not a source of stress and dissatisfaction.
