We enjoyed a fantastic feast at HQ yesterday as we hosted an Italian themed lunch with CV Villas to raise money for our charity partners The Charlie Waller Trust. 🇮🇹 Thanks to everyone for rustling up some delicious dishes (the lasagne was a particular highlight!) we were delighted to raise £110. 💫

The Charities (Amendment) Act 2024, which has just been enacted, introduces a wide-ranging set of changes to charity law in Ireland. Although the Act has not yet been commenced, now is a good time for charity trustees to consider the changes and understand their impact. We summarise the main changes in this Charity Law Update.
The long-awaited Charities (Amendment) Act 2024 has now been enacted and awaits commencement. All Irish charities need to familiarise themselves with the new rules. We consider some of the key highlights of this new Act and how they might impact on charities.
