An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an important software tool for a recruitment team but given the number of prospective options available, how can you determine which one is appropriate for your organization? Here are some key features to consider when evaluating an ATS: 1. User-Friendly Interface: Be assured that the platform is simple and clear for the recruiters as well as the candidates 2. Customizable Workflows: Seek for an ATS that enables hiring process customisation according to the different recruitment processes within the organization 3. Integration Capabilities: There should be a picture of the ATS linking easily with the present HR ones, for instance, the payroll, job boards, and Customer Relationship Management modules. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Look for an ATS that offers analytics and reporting options to help you monitor KPIs, where you have optimum and minimal activity, and the action plan to follow for employment. 5. Mobile Accessibility: Because of the increase of recruiters and candidates who constantly look for jobs while on the move, it is very necessary to possess mobile features. 6.
