VoicedIQ’s Post

VoicedIQ Spotlight: Tracking DoD DIA High Frequency (HF) Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) and Associated Subsystems? When engaging with decision makers behind this effort on whether this acquisition has been solicited they noted, “It has not. They’re still fine-tuning their documents. It should be released in April [2024], no later than the end of April [2024]. At this point we’re getting very close, but we’ve just had to go round and round.” AlphaBrook further engaged asking if this opportunity will be a multiple award IDIQ and in response, they confirmed, “What we’re intending to do is award a multiple award IDIQ, and at that level it’s FOUO [For Official Use Only], but the task orders themselves may be Top Secret.” We then inquired as to whether NRO ARC remains to be the likely procurement mechanism for this acquisition and they explained, “What we’re going to do, because we want to open it up to even those who can’t access the ARC or the NRO ACE, we’re going to post it in three spots. We’re going to let people know on SAM.gov that it is posted at the NRO ARC or the NRO ACE sites, but also, if you can’t access those, then you can reach out to us directly, and we will send the requirement via DoD SAFE [Secure Access File Exchange]. We changed the security Procurement Vehicle: NRO Acquisition Research Center (ARC) classification to make it FOUO [For Official Use Only] so that we could have it more full and open.” For more information and direct verbal feedback on the effort including: • Performance of their existing contractor • Existing pain points with the current contract • Intended contract vehicle for procurement • Key vehicle decision-makers • And more additional insights See our full analysis: https://lnkd.in/ea24V-QZ #TheAdvantageIsKnowing #BusinessDevelopment #FederalContracting
