3wHi Vodacom Can you explain to me how I call in for a cancellation and after 3 calls my contracts are still not cancelled. When I checked the Vodapay app now i see that my main number has been changed to a different package which I explicitly instructed your incompetent staff not to do. I expect a call from a senior manager by 9am tomorrow, with a full explanation and for what ever your incompetent people have done to be reversed! Should I not get a call from someone I will stop your debit order and we can see each other in court for fraud.
