It's the equivalent of eating kale... My most valuable posts are the least viewed. However, they are my most profitable. 539 total views after 24 hours - bottom 3% of my posts. Easy to explain though... Check out the obscure topic: Helping Surgeons Build Digital Opinion Leadership With Professionally Crafted Personalized Videos. Could I be any more niche? My After Action Review: 1. Did I provide niche focus? YES 2. Did I give away my best ideas for free? YES 3. Am I tactfully polarizing? YES, 93% of surgeons are indifferent to learn how to create personalized videos using their phone and digitize trust at scale. But 7% are hungry to learn what we teach! Here's the faulty logic I learned in becoming a content creator: do I prefer to be liked or become a differentiated thought leader? To be liked on LinkedIn, it's not difficult, especially if you're ridiculously good looking. Post flattering selfies, doing popular things that tens of thousands can identify. Burns few mental calories to consume this info. To become the riches are in the niches thought leader, you must become tactfully polarizing, give away your best ideas, and be committed to only the 7% time-stamped value you. Like eating kale. Only a few willing to endure the taste for the nutrition.

I speak with a lot of small Aesthetic Clinic owners everyday, and many of them do their own marketing. This simply doesn't make sense to me. Using an agency is ALWAYS cheaper, ALWAYS more time efficient, ALWAYS generates better results, and ALWAYS offers a better branded ad. Work smarter, not harder. #onlinemarketing #creativecampaigns #aestheticclinic #cosmeticclinic #professionaldevelopment #patientengagement #lipfiller #owner #creative #marketingforclinics

Time to create pharma VA and Detailing Story. Keep It Simple through the following points! 1. **Simple and Clear Messaging:** Keep the language simple and easy to understand, making it easier for medical representatives to remember and effectively communicate with doctors. 2. **Visual Aids:** Utilize visual aids such as infographics, charts, or models to visually represent key information about the brand. Visual aids can significantly enhance memory recall and help medical representatives explain complex details to doctors in a more engaging way. 3. **Storytelling:** By framing key information in a storytelling format, medical representatives can better remember and convey the brand's message to doctors, making it more impactful and memorable. 4. **Acronyms or Mnemonics:** Develop acronyms or mnemonic devices that represent key attributes or benefits of the brand. These memory aids can help medical representatives recall important details quickly and efficiently during their interactions with doctors, ultimately improving communication and retention. 5. **Consistent Repetition **Repetition is key to memory retention, so regularly reinforcing the key messages about the brand will help medical representatives internalize the information and communicate it effectively to doctors.

Marketing medical devices to UK audiences means following very specific rules and guidelines. It's a lot to get your head round, and there are lots of very specific things to consider. The ASA and CAP play a key role in shaping the marketing rules around medical devices, keeping consumers safe, and setting a high standard for your marketing communications. Medical device manufacturers can succeed in the market by: ✅ Creating responsible marketing strategies ✅ Evidencing claims with clinical proof ✅ Following good advertising practices across a variety of media channels (print, broadcast, social media etc). Marketing medical devices successfully is a balance between following rules and getting your message across well so that your audience actually sees it. If you want to find out more about how I work with medical device manufacturers to advertise within the rules, feel free to get in touch. #consultancy #regulation #compliance

One piece of advice I'd give to marketing agencies looking to break through the medical industry? Be there. It’s not just about clever copy or ads. For me, it’s about being present. Whether we're rolling up our sleeves in the OR, or outlining strategies in the boardroom, we’re fully immersed in the process. We’re right there, where it matters. We work side by side with surgeons, shadow R&D teams, and see how the tech performs in real life. It’s the only way to truly understand the pain points and the breakthroughs. Our approach is hands-on, no shortcuts. Here’s what it looks like: 👉 Scrubbing in to see devices in action. 👉 Learning from surgical teams directly. 👉 On-site, gathering insights from frontline users. Marketing that works comes from experience. We dive deep to deliver it. #MedTech #MedicalMarketing #CreativeAgency

Medical Device Content Fatigue refers to the diminishing impact of marketing and informational materials related to medical devices due to repetitive or uninspiring content. This occurs when potential buyers are inundated with an overwhelming volume of similar or uninteresting content about medical devices, resulting in reduced engagement, interest, and responsiveness. While "medical device content fatigue" may not be a term found in the Webster dictionary, it undeniably represents a significant challenge in the industry. Some may say repetition can indeed enhance brand awareness, we’d argue that it can also lead to diminishing returns in sales. To maintain audience interest and engagement, it's essential to diversify content and offer fresh perspectives regularly. We've developed a formulaic approach to content development specifically designed for medical device brands. The goal is to produce large volumes of high-quality content that can be used across your entire sales cycle and multiple channels. - Social Ads - Event Marketing - One Sheets - Presentations - Landing Pages - Hype Videos And more...
