Informative infographic Vlad! I am finding it challenging to reach the decision-makers in mid-sized and large organizations. Having lots of leads and trying to work them one at a time is the best way but long lead times is painful especially with a startup and 1 person sales team. Suggestions appreciated!
Never stop nurturing - amen 🙏
Packed with value as ever Vladimir Blagojević. Question about 4) do you send out those invites though marketing or 1:1 SDR/BDR activities? Question about 3 -> 5) you mention you create personalized content involving the factors in the image. What's the level of personalization you see working in the field? Thanks!
Glad I came across this.
With all this, still the biggest part of the job is explaining the client that there are no B2B marketing shortcuts and that they need the whole funnel 😵💫

7moIt's 2024, but still, a lot of B2B companies run the traditional B2B marketing playbook. They generate thousands of MQLs without any impact on pipeline and revenue. This gives a competitive advantage that is not afraid to change the conventional approach and run full-funnel demand generation. The B2B world has changed. What worked decades ago became obsolete. Companies that grow now play the long-term full-funnel marketing game! Great visual that clearly explains the model.
