A group of educators moved in to the Fairfield County Teacher Village this weekend. This village gives educators in the district an affordable housing option with a short commute to rural schools. When we actively engage students on school boards, we tap into a wealth of unique insights, fresh perspectives, and innovative ideas that have the potential to transform the educational landscape. I'm inspired by these young people and the work of the National Student Board Member Association.
