Property Share becomes the first SM REIT to file a DRHP for a scheme. Key Highlights: 1. Fund Raise Size - INR 353 Cr 2. Asset - Prestige Tech Platina, Bangalore 3. Expected Yield - 9% (FY26) 4. Management Fees - Investment Manager to take max 0.3% of Fund Raise as fees, first year is waived 5. Acquisition Fees - 1.5% Shall be keenly following this one, as it will set the template for other SM REITs in pipeline. 9% promised fix yield seems really attractive. Though curious about what's their targetted stable yield? But, maybe it doesn't matter here 'cause there's single leasee for this asset. So, no such big scope.
