What does it feel like to join a company where your voice is truly heard from day one? 👀 Starting in November 2023, Dario calloni joined BauWatch with excitement and curiosity about what his new role would offer. Its not possible to make it work in CZ and SK... Back in the early days of Loxone CZ/SK, I often heard, "It's not possible." For three years, every piece of advice from industry insiders echoed this sentiment. But then, 2013 arrived and everything changed. 💥 We didn’t just enter the market – we dominated it, becoming the market leader. Our success wasn't a finish line; it was a springboard. 🏆 Fast forward to today, and the landscape looks entirely different. We're a team of 40 passionate professionals, led by Pavel Lískovec in CZ and Luboš Barborík in SK. Biggest professional achievement? Making the tastiest Oreo milkshakes🧋 When I arrived in Dublin, every opportunity was in front of me, but so were the reminders of the barriers I grew up with. Looking for jobs here made me realize how many steps behind my starting line had been, and the climb was terrifying. I didn't know where to start or how to familiarize myself with the corporate world. 🖥️ Resources were scarce, and I spent most of my time making milkshakes and cleaning up after. As proud as I am of every job I've ever had, I wanted to grow in the corporate world. But my experience selling bus tickets and handling teenage customers complaining about their hamburgers didn't seem to matter in getting that first opportunity. I didn't know where to start or where to find the people who made it. ⁉️ So when I landed at Workhuman, found my place, and started my corporate life, I knew one thing: I wanted to be the help I had craved in the past. Thankfully, this company is full of people willing to listen to ideas and put all their hard work into making the world kinder. Therefore I couldn't be more proud to announce that Workhuman will be hosting its first panel in Dublin! 🙌 This panel will provide guidance to customer service reps who aspire to be team leaders.
