We are looking forward to attending Eviden's Diversifying the Digital Supply Chain event on 24th September! Small vendors, charities and social enterprises are integral to building digital supply chain capacity. However, accessing and integrating the right partners into the supply chain can be a challenge. Eviden will be hosting an engaging morning in collaboration with the UK Home Office in their London MidCity Place office to address and discuss this challenge and view social value as a mechanism to collaboratively diversify our supply chains. With our Director, Maureen Gore, providing her expert views on the panel, and special guest speakers from the UK Home Office, including Philippa Manley and Elle Panes, and SME and non-SME partners, the event will cover… 🧑🤝🧑 Embedding and enabling supply chain diversity 🌐 Creating lasting social impact 🤝 Collaborating across disaggregated supply chains The morning will include a panel discussion with expert speakers representing both Buyer procurement and Supplier delivery, and breakout sessions for attendees to discuss tangible actions we can take to make a difference in building current and future supply chain diversity. 🍲 The event will have catering from 9Kitchens, a VCSE caterer that provides training and facilitates employment to women who face barriers to employment!

How can we make a sustained commitment to places for culture? In 2023, 100% of our clients were public, third sector or charities and 70% of our work was with repeat clients. This has meant a track record of delivering value for places and allowing us to robustly tackle engrained challenges, including significant and long-standing issues of deprivation, legible and increasing inequality, and gentrification. In the ‘customers’ pillar of our Impact Report 2023, we focus on a particularly significant relationship with the Greater London Authority’s #Culture and #Creative Industries Unit, whom we have worked with across the last decade to understand, support and embed culture within the capital. 2023 marked ten years of We Made That’s engagement with culture in London and our production of London’s first artists’ workspace study. Team members Oliver Goodhall and Eve Avdoulos, PhD discuss what it means to have sustained involvement with a particular client and subject matter. We have a problem 🤔 I am planning our next networking with purpose event 🔥……. But it’s a good problem to have 😊 Our members are now exceeding the capacity that we have for our events - this fills me with a huge amount of excitement for the growing interest in our community, but means we need to be thinking about more ways to bring our businesses and nonprofit members together more frequently to share the time, skills, expertise, resources and finance for good 😊 ……Priority for our events goes to our members and the events often get sold out 💪 If you are a business thinking about connecting more meaningfully with your community, want to meet more charities and social enterprises and are keen to move forward your ESG and CSR activities our community is for you 🤝 With new exciting plans to grow and develop this network, you really don’t want to not be part not be a part of it 😊 As we hit a new term, I’m very aware as the winter comes businesses start to think more about their social conscience and their priorities in this area - good news, we have a solution for you 👋 If you want to know more about the growing With Purpose Network and Community that is facilitating and enabling businesses to embed social impact into their DNA all year round, take a look here and see what company you will be in - https://lnkd.in/eQgnjxaG #businessasaforceforgood #socialvalue #esg #csr
