Vinicius is a passionate traveler who recently moved to Barcelona and has a lifelong dream of visiting the Seven Wonders of the World. In his free time, he loves exploring and filming the stunning landscapes and iconic locations across Catalonia, capturing its beauty through his lens. - #2 What is his fintech and business development background? Vinicius is an experienced Customer Success professional with over 10 years of expertise in building strong client relationships, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth. In his previous roles, he progressed from Mid-Level Analyst to Team Leader, leading a team of Customer Success Managers and implementing strategies that improved client satisfaction and team performance. Originally from Brazil, Vinicius worked in a Brazilian fintech, where he played a key role in converting Monthly Recurring Revenue into Annual Recurring Revenue and recovering substantial revenue through innovative solutions. Now based in Barcelona, Vinicius is ready to embrace new opportunities and challenges, bringing his skills and dedication to the next stage of his journey. - #3 Why did Vinicius decide to join BCN FinTech? Vinicius decided to join BCN FinTech to strengthen relationships between companies and people in the vibrant Barcelona fintech ecosystem.
