It used a fascinating example of how the Indian political party BJP consistently identifies and nurtures outstanding leaders. Here are my key takeaways from that podcast👇 1. Character matters more than a degree. 2. Past deliverables are more important than years of experience. 3. Clarity in answers trumps correctness. 4. Feedback from colleagues is more telling than from direct manager. 5. The skill of asking questions reveal more than their answers. 6. What someone does outside of work is as telling as what they do at work. 7. The delta of words and actions is crucial. 8.
