It used a fascinating example of how the Indian political party BJP consistently identifies and nurtures outstanding leaders. Here are my key takeaways from that podcast👇 1. Character matters more than a degree. 2. Past deliverables are more important than years of experience. 3. Clarity in answers trumps correctness. 4.
