🌟Exciting News from Recent Training!🌟 I recently completed an insightful training session focused on helping adults with ADHD manage their time more effectively. This training was helpful, highlighting how poor time management can significantly impact therapy and daily life for clients with ADHD. Here are some key takeaways: • Setting Deadlines: Learning techniques to help clients set and stick to deadlines. • Executive Functions: Customisable strategies for the six executive functions affected by ADHD. • Motivation: Innovative ways to motivate clients by “feeling the future.” • Intentions to Action: Converting intentions into actionable steps. • Understanding Time Horizon: Working effectively with clients’ “time horizon” and “temporal discounting.” This training has equipped me with advanced skills to support my clients better as they navigate the challenges of executive function and time management. I look forward to implementing these strategies in my practice and helping clients improve the life interruptions that ADHD can create. If you or someone you know is facing similar challenges, please feel free to reach out. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals! #ADHD #TimeManagement #CBT #Therapy #MentalHealth #ProfessionalDevelopment

There are many ways that professional adults with ADHD can get the support they need to thrive in business and in life. In this podcast on Overcoming Distractions, Jeff Copper talks about a new methodology he is rolling out to help busy adults with ADHD obtain desired outcomes and walks through how that works, how it’s different from more popular support systems, and gives us a bit of insight into how this helps people through their ADHD journey. https://lnkd.in/e4efEM_z

October is ADHD Awareness/Empowerment Month, so as an ADHD coach and advocate, I thought I could help managers and HR teams learn a little more about ADHD, and help clear up a few misconceptions about ADHDers at the office. Here's one for ya'll: Misconception: ADHD is a liability in the workplace. Fact: Neurodiversity is a team strength. Neurodiverse teams, including people with ADHD, bring diverse problem-solving abilities, creativity, and original, unconventional thinking to the table. Embracing neurodiversity means fostering innovation. #ADHDAwareness #Neurodiversity #InclusiveWorkplace ------- Got ADHD? All are welcome -- those with a diagnosis or self-diagnosed. Reach out for a FREE 20 min. intro call to learn how professional & personal ADHD coaching could support you! 🧠 💪

📢 The CDC recently published new data on ADHD in adults, and for the rest of ADHD Awareness Month, we’ll be highlighting key insights from their findings. One of the most striking statistics: 6.0% of U.S. adults—about 15.5 million people—had a current ADHD diagnosis in 2023. However, additional research suggests that only 1 out of 5 adults with ADHD are diagnosed, meaning many are still navigating life without the support they need. As more adults become aware of their ADHD, the need for effective support becomes critical. ADHD can affect every area of life—from work performance to relationships and daily routines. At Agave Health, we offer specialized coaching and non-medical strategies to help adults with ADHD manage symptoms like time management, emotional regulation, and focus. To make this support even more accessible, for ADHD Awareness Month, we’re offering the first month free in our membership! Whether through one-on-one coaching, therapy, group sessions, or CBT programs, Agave Health can help you or a loved one gain clarity, build sustainable habits, and thrive. Follow us this month for more insights, and take advantage of our limited-time offer to start your journey with Agave Health today. 🌱✨ #ADHDAwarenessMonth #ADHD #MentalHealthMatters #AgaveHealth

ADHD Awareness Month – Celebrating Neurodiverse Strengths! As ADHD Awareness Month comes to a close, I want to highlight the strengths and unique perspectives that ADHD brings to individuals and our communities. 💡 Creativity: Many people with ADHD have incredible out-of-the-box thinking, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the world. 🔍 Hyperfocus: Many with ADHD experience periods of intense focus, allowing them to dive deeply into projects that spark their interest. 🔄 Adaptability: Living with ADHD fosters resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness, helping individuals quickly adjust to new challenges. Some of the world’s most influential people have ADHD, bringing invaluable strengths to every field.
