Had an amazing Thought Field Therapy session with a client today and she felt an immediate ‘shift’ in how she felt. It’s so nice to be able to help people feel better. Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology. It's a bit like acupuncture without the needles. At the heart of TFT is the belief that imbalances in the body's energy system can lead to emotional disturbances. By tapping on specific points on the body, these imbalances can be corrected, leading to relief from emotional distress. During a TFT session, I'll guide you to tap on specific points on your body in a particular sequence. These points correspond to meridians, or energy pathways, in traditional Chinese medicine. The tapping sequence will be determined based on the specific issue or emotion you'd like to address. Some people feel a shift or release almost immediately after a TFT session, while for others, it might take a bit longer. The goal is to reduce, or even eliminate, the intensity of negative emotions or physical sensations you might be experiencing. Many clients have found TFT to be beneficial in addressing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, phobias, trauma, and grief. It's a non-invasive technique, and one of its major advantages is that it often produces rapid results. TFT can help with a range of emotions from anxiety, stress, phobias, trauma, insecurity, embarrassment, self-sabotage, negativity and more. I would love to help you with TFT please DM me if you have questions or would like to book a session in. #TFT #ThoughtFieldTherapy #MentalHealth #Wellness #SelfCare #LifePathLiving #Tapping

🚨 Red light therapy is inspired by the healing power of the Sun. It has also been shown to 🍃 Promote stronger immunity and longevity 🍃 Stimulate or decrease inflammation 🍃 Promote recovery and healing 🍃 Improve the natural production of collagen and fibroblasts 🍃 Help you positively cope with stress by increasing your resilience to stress ...And this new research shows so much promise in the mental health field! In a recent study, as little as 8 - ten minute red light therapy sessions improved symptoms of depression by 92% 👀 Even more amazingly, 82% of participants went into remission in that same study. Are you tired of struggling with a multitude of unexplained (or maybe even explained) symptoms all over your body? I’m talking pain in one or multiple areas, spreading, irritable bowel issues, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and the list goes on. Symptoms develop as a result of a combination of many factors that are unique to the individual experiencing them. Maybe for you, you started having physical symptoms after an injury and they just haven’t gone away. Maybe you dove head first into all of the things: physical therapy, medication, procedures, acupuncture, psychotherapy, yoga, and nothing ever seemed to be the fix you were looking for. Maybe there’s a sprinkle of personality traits in there too. You keep hearing people talk about nervous system sensitivity, but what does that actually mean? When we are working on recalibrating the nervous system, we are talking about actually reducing or eliminating certain symptoms… not just accepting or managing them. Instead of learning to live with your pain and sensitivity, recalibrating the nervous system means helping your brain reinterpret signals as safe. Instead of just finding tools to help you cope, working with your nervous system will give you tools to prevent - to reduce flare-ups happening at all, or at least lessening the intensity. I have a proven process to walk you through this, step by step. Comment “CHAT” when you’re ready to stop trying to muddle through this on your own. I’m genuinely here to support you. . . . . . #sandiegoca #painpsychologist #chronicpainspecialist

Do you know Placbo effect ? Placebo effect is a type of psychological phenomenon in which after using a treatment or medicine, a person feels that his condition is improving, although that treatment or medicine does not have any effect during the time. The main reason for the placebo effect is that the person feels that he is doing something special for his health, and this belief has a positive effect on his mind. Some examples of placebo effect: 1. A person is given a dummy medicine and is told that it is the cure for their illness. The person feels that their condition is improving. 2. A person is asked to use an alternative therapy, such as acupuncture or yoga. The person feels that it is beneficial for their health. Benefits of placebo effect: 1. The person gets mental relief. 2. The person's self-esteem increases. 3. The person's health improves. Disadvantages of Placebo effect: 1. The person may get wrong information. 2. The person's money may be wasted. 3. The person's time may be wasted. To reduce the Placebo effect: 1. The person should be given correct information. 2. The person should be given complete information about the treatment. 3. The person should be aware about his health. Placebo effect is a complex phenomenon in which psychological, social and biological factors play a role. For more information about this, you should consult medical professionals. #PlacboEffect #PsychologicalPhenomenon #MedicalResearch #HealthAndWellness #MentalHealthMatters #SelfHealing #AlternativeTherapy #MindBodyConnection #PlaceboEffectiveness #HealthPsychology #MedicalMyths #HealthMisconceptions #ScienceOfHealth #WellnessTips #HealthEducation

The Heart in Chinese Medicine 🌿 In Chinese medicine, the heart reigns as the emperor of the body, governing not just physical circulation but also our emotions and consciousness. It houses the Shen, or spirit, which influences mental clarity, emotional stability, and our sense of joy. ✨ The Heart Point is a powerful tool for calming the mind and resolving symptoms like anxiety, worry, panic attacks, and heart palpitations. Located in the deepest part of the centre of the Inferior Concha, this point is a key source point for the heart in the ear, helping to regulate both high and low blood pressure. Stimulating this point can promote tranquillity, reduce anxiety, and enhance emotional resilience. It’s an essential practice for maintaining emotional and physical harmony. Will you stimulate this point to protect your heart today? ❤️ #WorldHeartDay #AuricularAcupuncture #EmotionalWellness #HeartHealth

Pain, symptoms and diseases are nothing more than the physical manifestation of stuck energies from unhealed traumas. Hence, psychosomatic. These unhealed traumas are stored in both your mind (psycho) and body (somatic). Call forth a pain you're currently struggling with and meet it... Where is it in your body? When was the first time you felt this pain? Who or what triggers this pain? At the time of trauma, you FELT something which aligned with an ancestral story you inherited. That pain is that trauma screaming at you to get your attention. Whatever that ancestral story is lays the foundation for your story (what occurred during this trauma) which is stored away in your subconscious and unconscious minds. Psycho is the STORY. Somatic is the PAIN. Hence why every modality I tried that didn't work for me... They only addressed either the STORY (talk therapy, subconscious reprogramming, NLP, hypnosis, consciousness work, psychology) or the PAIN (chiropractic, rolfing, massage, physical therapy, energy work, acupuncture). So how do you heal BOTH the story and the pain at the same time? That's what I shared in Somatophobia (on Amazon) and guide you in reMEMBERing in my Womb Kriya Cannabis Ceremonies. bit.ly/rebirthu If you FEEL the same way I did, drop a 💕 below! Can Massage Therapy Help with Neurotherapy? Absolutely! Massage therapy can significantly enhance the effectiveness of neurotherapy. Here’s how: Enhances Relaxation: Massage therapy promotes deep relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety, which can make neurotherapy sessions more productive. Improves Circulation: Better blood flow from massages helps deliver more oxygen and nutrients to the brain, supporting cognitive function and healing. Reduces Muscle Tension: By alleviating physical tension, massage therapy helps create a more comfortable and focused state for neurotherapy sessions. Promotes Neuroplasticity: The relaxation and improved circulation from massage can enhance the brain's ability to form new neural connections, boosting the effectiveness of neurotherapy. Boosts Overall Well-Being: Combining massage therapy with neurotherapy can improve both physical and mental health, leading to a more holistic approach to wellness. Integrating these therapies can lead to better outcomes and a more comprehensive approach to health.
