🚀 Last week, the Marketing AI Institute presented the 2024 State of Marketing AI Report, and it is worth looking into. In short, many companies are adopting AI, but they aren't fully training their teams on how to use this. Without proper AI education, businesses risk falling behind. To stay competitive, companies need to: 1️⃣ Invest in comprehensive AI training programs 2️⃣ Develop clear AI strategies 3️⃣ Support our teams in understanding and using AI effectively For many companies, the use of AI is a grassroots issue. After all, how you use AI and what type of AI you use varies from position to position. However, without the support of their company, many individual contributers are floundering, trying to learn and apply it for themselves with little to no guidance or training. This should give many executives pause to consider "What is your AI roadmap?" What are your goals for using it? If you don't have a goal to aim for, then what are you doing? 🔗 Get your copy of the report here: https://lnkd.in/e2GnzZZG #MarketingAI #AIEducation #FutureOfWork

Spot on Victoria Zidwick!! In addition to what you pointed out what’s also a little curious to me - the majority of organizations that responded to the survey don’t have an AI ethics or responsible use policy 😳 No education. No road map. No guidelines. That is a dicey recipe…
