#Atlassian #Confluence #GenerativeAI Extremely useful integration of generative AI in Confluence = Document Change Summaries #KnowledgeManagement #ProgramManagement #ProductManagement #ProjectManagement #PRD
Confluence just released my favorite AI feature yet... Document change summaries! It shows you exactly what's changed since you last visited a page. ✦ Who made changes? ✦ What exactly was changed? ✦ Link to view the actual diff of the versions. Understanding what's changed in the leave policy, that marketing proposal or the product requirement document is now only a click away. Well done Confluence Team! Atlassian #atlassian #confluence

🌟 Unlocking the Power of AI with Atlassian! 🌟 Yesterday, Samuel attended the Atlassian AI Roadshow, where Jonathan Ross and Sanket Parlikar unveiled exciting innovations transforming teamwork and productivity. One of the standout moments for me was the introduction of Atlassian AI Agents. With the power of Atlassian Intelligence these agents use natural language queries, much like ChatGPT, but are purpose-built for Jira administration. As a Jira administrator for Intelligence Assist, this is a game-changer. Being relatively new to Jira, I’m thrilled about how these agents will simplify tasks like managing workflows, fetching updates, and troubleshooting, making Jira more intuitive and efficient for our team. Another highlight was ROVO, a tool that’s breaking down data silos. ROVO enables Atlassian users to connect Atlassian databases, like Confluence, with third-party databases, such as Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. This means you can now query and integrate data across multiple sources seamlessly, bringing all your critical information into one accessible space. For teams working with Atlassian and other platforms like ourselves, this is a great leap in productivity and collaboration. The evening showcased Atlassian’s commitment to leveraging AI to unlock new possibilities for teams. I’m looking forward to exploring these tools and seeing how they can enhance our own Atlassian workflows at Intelligence Assist! #AI #Atlassian #Jira #Rovo #AIAgents #FutureOfWork #CollaborationTools

Last night, I investigated the #rovo feature from Atlassian. It appears to be a straightforward method for integrating an #AI agent into Atlassian applications, such as JIRA and Confluence. Consider the possibility of connecting documents in Confluence or having a collaborative assistant while creating new documentation. Perhaps it could assist in identifying tickets related to the tickets being created or locating code related to the new ticket to facilitate appropriate reviewer selection. These are merely basic concepts. Since you are developing functions (in JavaScript) for the backend to execute, the possibilities are virtually limitless (subject to adherence to the terms and conditions). These are indeed intriguing ideas!
