How I doubled my leads For a while I was struggling to convert the leads I was getting. I'd refer them elsewhere because I only offered SEO services - I didn't do website redesigns or ads. And then I'd never hear back from them. At the time I thought specialising was the way to go.  I figured customers would come to me since I was the expert in one specific area. But I quickly learned - that approach wasn't working. So I decided to expand my skill set and become more flexible in my offerings. I started building connections with web designers who specialise in different platforms.  I took courses to get better at ads. And I even took on some lower-fee clients to get that hands-on experience. And you know what? It paid off. I started getting great results for my clients and learning new skills every week. My confidence grew and I could take on a wider range of projects. This might not be the right approach for everyone.  But in the start-up phase of my business, it's been crucial. Being able to provide what the client wants - whether that's SEO, web design, ads, or a combination - has helped me convert way more leads. Don't be afraid to evolve your services based on the needs of your target market. Being a generalist can be more powerful than being a specialist - at least in the early stages of building your business. What's your experience been with specialising vs. being more flexible? I'd love to hear your thoughts! P.S.: If you want to get more leads DM me “SALES”

It makes sense to offer a comprehensive service package for your clients Vicki Mace. In my experience clients buy the service because they don't have time to do it themselves. So they want everything included, not outsource to 3 different people.

Completely agree. I think specialising is important, but if you're interested and have the time/ability to upskill and offer complimentary services then great! Just makes the journey even easier for your clients.
