ZBUS is a project that aims to create a federated observability solution. In a federated observability architecture, multiple instances of the monitoring platform are combined through a real-time PUB/SUB/STORE/GET telemetry bus. This approach provides a more straightforward way to scale the platform's functionality and capability. ZBUS offers a programmatic approach to generating, computing, and analyzing telemetry data through telemetry pipelines and a scripting language designed for telemetry processing. The Zabbix loadable module has been enhanced to retrieve and query data from a telemetry bus. This enables the availability of bus-published data to multiple instances of Zabbix Server within a Federated Observability Platform. Furthermore, the module now offers full support for version 2 of the ZBUS telemetry format. Getting little nostalgic after 7 years being VCDX (and later double-VCDX)... Over a year of preparation for my first certifications with an amazing project for one of the largest Atos/Eviden's customers with use of Software Defined Data Center and 1000 pages of documentation submitted for the defense! I call this a Master Thesis in Data Center Virtualization! Definitly a certification that had the biggest impact on my career as an architect!
