You can’t put a price tag on great partners and when collaboration, built on trust and transparency, feels more like a shared mission, magic happens. "Very has been excellent, and we’ve never had an issue with deadlines. There’s always constant communication, and they’re fully transparent about the work they’re doing." – Paul Scott, Former Director of ASME There’s no greater compliment we could receive than that. You wouldn't get good odds on this one at the T.A.B but guess what the top response is when I ask teams about the improvement they'd most like to see? You guessed it: about 95% of the time people are looking for BETTER COMMUNICATION. There's a million things you could do to boost coms, but I think the most important one of all is to focus on transparency. Make the WHY and the WHAT really clear, then give people space to figure out the HOW. Be transparent with deadlines, expectations and support available and trust will come. Trust is the result when transparency is the driver.

Over 70% of business conversations have REMEDIATION at the core of the conversation each day. Consider this: PERCENT OF BUSINESS CONVERSATIONS: · Problem Solving & Issue Resolution (30% - 40%) · Performance Reviews & Feedback (15% - 25%) · Process Improvement & Optimization (15% - 20%) · Compliance (10% - 15%) · Training & Development (5% - 10%) · Strategic Planning & Innovation (5% - 10%) I recently had the pleasure of catching up with one of our industry thought leaders, Jon Antonucci, and sat down to dig into WHAT makes remediation conversations effective, and WHY we perceive them as difficult conversations. 3 things you will leave the conversation with: 1. Top strategies to confronting outcomes not people 2. Own what is yours to own in the remediation process 3. Better ways to capitalize on the treasure known as HUMAN RESOURCES. Enjoy. https://lnkd.in/ggbtgVqj

How I built strong strategic partnerships that created a book feature and speaking engagements through the 262 Project. Align on Shared Goals: Ensure both parties have a clear understanding of the desired outcomes. Establishing mutual goals from the start helps create a foundation of trust and collaboration, making it easier to work together effectively. Communicate Transparently: Open, honest, and frequent communication is key. Regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions keep the partnership on track and allow for swift problem-solving when challenges arise. Create Win-Win Opportunities: Focus on creating value for both parties. A successful partnership thrives when each side benefits, so always seek ways to support your partner’s growth and success as well as your own. My soul overflowed as I signed my first book! A dream come true… and I didn’t do it alone. Strategic partnerships can transform your life. Invest time and energy surrounding yourself with the right people.
