When it comes to crisis communications, it's not a matter of if, but when! This may sound euphemistic or even naive, but it amazes me to see the number of brands that need crisis management when there are so many blueprints for exactly what to say, what not to say, what not to do and every iteration therein. But perhaps I’m wrong. Clearly, with such an epic repeat of “Growth opportunities” in how organizations handle crises, the blueprints that I thought existed don’t. And the knowledge that I perceived as common is not.
