A chocolate sparkly elephant appeared on my desk today from Redefine Media (another fab Audience Collective agency). Why? They are calling out the elephant in the media buying room - the fact that the buying / commission model is broken and it’s time for a shake up ➡️ more transparency and a simpler fee structure.
