Reason is simple
Incorporation costs are reduced to almost 0 professional fee and aggressive misselling or selling incorporation with fake funding promises.
In greed of low fee people form companies without even knowing about their "Why", form it and then they fall into a trap of Startup funding without any knowledge about Starting with MVP approach and believe that only purpose of forming company is to get funding.
The IQ of some great minds is at a level where they tell "funding milega toh company banayenge" we don't have fee to pay for incorporation 😃
Education and knowledge of Startup ecosystem is must especially to First time founders across schools and colleges as a vocational training with practical oriented/ problem solving case study based hackathons and ideathons.
This knowledge should not be limited to IIMs or Top business schools only
At CorpReady® we are the first one to take this initiative and launched " FirstGen Founders Launchpad" as an initiative to create a community for First time founders https://lnkd.in/gA6EXAYM
And this is not limited to a Bootcamp only, we are looking for like-minded Colleges, Incubators, Angel Investors and VCs to connect with us and setting up this ecosystem across all 40k+ colleges in Tier 2 cities of India.

The current scenario of the startup Ecosystem, the harsh and bitter truth behind the gleamy Entrepreneur dreams....
Day by day we are hearing a lot of news ranking from bankruptcy of Unicorns to closure of startup. Even though the percentage of failure/closure is 3%, 5000 startups closed is equal to 5000 dreams and business destroyed.
Respect to the fallen and kudos to the fellow warriors still standing....

Startup Mahakumbh Prime Minister's address.
Over 5000+ founders and others from the startup ecosystem attending the event live at #BharatMandapam, around 2000 people attending the live screening because the hall couldnt accommodate more delegates, and another 1000 people who couldnt make it beyond the main gates and were asked to leave. That's the startup energy that makes India World's 3rd largest startup ecosystem.
Narendra Modi Ji sure is a great orator, taking a dig at the startups in the political space ;) the 1.23 lakh+ registered startups in India percolating to 670+ districts, how money is now not a hurdle anymore while starting a company, and the importance of holding someone's hand and pulling them up just as someone would have done it for us which got us to where we are today.
Looks like a promising time for the startup ecosystem that has come so far despite the challenges.
As shared by Minister Piyush Goyal (मोदी का परिवार) , the day is also celebrated as the Future Entrepreneurs Day and it was also the World Happiness Day!
