The challenges:
🤔 While the roadmap emphasises agency collaboration, implementing cohesive, cross-agency initiatives is notoriously complex—will this vision translate into action?
🔍 The strategy seems ambitious in its scope, but how will success be measured? Clear KPIs and public accountability will be critical.
⚙️ With rapid technological advancements, is a three-year plan agile enough to adapt to future innovations and challenges?
Overall, it’s exciting to see such bold steps being taken to modernise public services. 🌟 But as with any transformation project, execution is everything. With the recent drastic reductions in funding across NZ government - what can actually be achieved?
