Challenge: Transform stagnant SEO performance into sustained growth ✅ 59% increase in clicks (673k vs 422k) ✅ 67% improvement in CTR (11% vs 6.6%) ✅ 3.4 average position improvement (11.3 vs 14.7) ✅ 42% increase in revenue Faced with stagnant #SEO performance in a competitive market, we were tasked with reigniting growth, with a particular focus on driving revenue to mitigate rising CPAs We began by conducting a deep-dive analysis of performance data, audience behaviours, and keyword opportunities. With these insights, we enhanced key landing pages to better align with audience intent, crafted SERP messaging in both templated and bespoke formats to drive significant improvements in click-through rates, and strategic internal linking to improve crawlability and connect high-value pages more effectively. Alongside this, we made a few other technical SEO upgrades such as streamlining site architecture and improving indexing.
