Vega Minds | AI Associate Advisor’s Post

What should you include in your meeting templates, and how should you write them? Advisors have unique workflows, and new tech shouldn’t force a change in routine. Instead, AI-powered tools should adapt to fit within advisors’ established processes. At Vega Minds, templates are communicated in plain text, or “soft coding” as we like to use, which opens a lot of possibilities because advisors are really able to instruct Vega here. Templates will drive the output by guiding Vega. This is what makes it powerful and very flexible. Two ways to approach meeting templates 1️⃣ Focused and gated template focusing on some categories Most users set up templates that pre-define categories to capture and organize specific details. This approach helps advisors keep key details in focus. 2️⃣ Flexible and open template giving more freedom On the other hand, advisors can let Vega improvise a lot more and get something more GPT-like by using a less structured template. This is not the most common way to set up your templates, but we’ve seen it done! With the right template, advisors can ensure that every meeting is backed by the information that matters most. What’s your preferred approach? What categories would you want in your templates? Let’s share ideas! #PromptEngineering #FinancialAdvisor #AI
