Startup CEO Rule #42: Prioritize Mental Health. Running a startup can be incredibly stressful, and it's easy to let mental health slip through the cracks. However, neglecting it can lead to burnout and poor performance. Make mental health a priority for yourself and your team. Encourage open conversations, provide support, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. It's that simple.

That's a non-compromisable Varun.. All forms of entrepreneurship requires time.. and a lot of it. When we cannot create time, we tend to squeeze it out of our existing schedules.. and the easiest thing that we find we can de-prioritize is ourself - our physical and mental health.. ..and that is one thing we should never do..

Great point on prioritizing mental health for startup success. It's not just essential for personal well-being, but also fuels creativity and productivity. How do you propose startups promote mental health in a remote work setup?
