Impactful leadership skills are important in every sector - but it’s especially important across the global development, humanitarian aid industries, and others working for positive social change. Why? Simply put – so we can solve the world’s challenges, faster. Enough Labs is thrilled to partner with WILD Network at this year’s Women’s Global Leadership Forum. When Fiona Macaulay and I first met, neither of us could contain our excitement and passion about the importance of supporting women leaders at every level. We chatted endlessly how much supportive spaces like the WILD Network are needed to help foster creativity and to share ideas around how to navigate the tricky alters of leadership. And that’s why I’m so excited to be partnering with WILD this year as a sponsor. Not only am I thrilled to be part of the incredible lineup of speakers, I’m even more excited to be able to host a delegation from Enough Labs to attend the conference. At Enough Labs, we have always believed in the power of investing in leaders, particularly when it comes to supporting their learning and fostering opportunities for connection. If you are a woman who works in the international development sector - at any level - and is looking to be part of the very first delegation from enough labs, please send me a message. I would love to offer you a spot. So send me a message soon because limited spaces within the Enough Labs delegation. Maybe you’ll join us? #WILDpartner #leadershipatalllevels #invetsinwomensleadership

Such a joy to join the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA Women's Leadership Resource Network to discuss one of my favorite things: values! My personal values are: Accountability, Courage, Ease, and Kindness, and my annual mission statement includes a statement or two about my values. It's really powerful to see how this mission statement changes each year. For 2024, it reads: 🔸 My purpose is to normalize the reality of workplace transitions, and support those who seek leaving well with intention and joy. 🔸 I lead with kindness, and believe in courage and accountability as needed steps in the staircase of change. 🔸 I enter spaces authentically, with welcoming, and possess fierce quiet power. 🔸 I will be known as someone who pushed the envelope, insisted on integrity, and showed up for impact. Each of us has the opportunity to 'operationalize' our values by choosing 1-2 small ways those values can live out in the open. If you think about the folks you most respect, it's very likely that the things you admire about them have a lot to do with their personal values. To learn more about values and to walk through an exercise to discover / implement yours: https://lnkd.in/e7SgCQdF
Yesterday, our Women’s Leadership Resource Network welcomed guest speaker Naomi Hattaway to our Coffee Break and Learn. Naomi is the Interim Executive Director at Dress for Success Tampa Bay. She shared with the group her unique journey through childhood to adulthood and how that shaped who she is as a leader today. She offered tools for leadership development and led the group through an exercise to discover our personal values and how to put them into a personal mission statement. Naomi, we are grateful for your time and sharing your story!

Associations often operate under the assumption that the programs they offer should be included as part of membership dues. But what if this model no longer meets your association's needs? What if it doesn’t align with what members actually want? In this episode, Bill Sheehan, host of Learning by Association and global head of association strategy at D2L, speaks with Sean Soth, EVP of strategy and global partnerships at SCRS and founder and chair of the leadership advisory board for PAR. They discuss how a diversified approach to revenue generation can enhance member value and set your association on a sustainable growth trajectory. https://ow.ly/ctCw30sH5wF
