You DON’T have to do a percent or dollar off sale for Black Friday. Here are some other ideas for creators: 1. Offer a “lite” version of your signature program! Ex - I’d normally your program includes calls + bonuses, make a lite version that is only the main program. You can do this with your services, coaching, consulting, or courses. No fluff and perfect for people that want to test before going all in! 2. Early access or presale something you’ll be creating in 2025. Black Friday is good time to test new offers + validate new ideas! Offer a sweet discount for folks that buy in early. 3. Pay what you want (within reason!) Set a minimum price for a specific product but let customers decide what they want to pay above that. This can be a cool way to also test pricing 👀 Whatever you do - make your offer something you’re truly excited about promoting and feels good.

I don't have a Black Friday discount. My pricing isn't made to make me money. I charge high-ticket because of my clients. Let me explain: If my price was $100 bucks, Absolutely no one will get results. "What are you talking about Antonio?" There is no emotional investment. People don’t care about 100 bucks. But they do care about 1,000. Just one 0 changes everything. With low ticket pricing: 1. They will not care about it 2. They will not see you as premium 3. They will just give you more problems It’s just not worth it. Yes, for physical discount is amazing. For digital high-ticket… Not really. It’s Black Friday. Everyone is chasing deals, but here’s the real question. Are you saving money, or just spending less to spend more? If your cash flow is solid, you can enjoy the sales without worrying. If not, this day might feel like a financial black hole. The key isn’t skipping the deals. It’s having a system that makes saving automatic so you don’t have to scramble later. Get the TV, grab the sneakers, buy whatever. Just don’t let Black Friday steal from your future self. The deals are temporary, but a broken cash flow plan will cost you way more than 20 percent off ever saved you.

CLIENT: How many emails should we send out for Black Friday? ME: Honestly... as many as you want. CLIENT: Won't our list get annoyed by our emails and unsubscribe? ME: Maybe... but during this time of the year, everyone receives emails and wants to see how much they can save. If you send 2 emails in a day, it's not as annoying as it would be throughout the rest of the year. CLIENT: Ok, but what will we send out? Just sale reminder emails? ME: Yes and no. We'll remind them about our Black Friday Sale, but if that's all we send, the messaging can get repetitive quickly and probably won't: ❌ Drive clicks... ❌ Grab their attention... ❌ Generate as much revenue... Instead, we're just going to change the angle of the reminder with: ✅ Plain text ✅ Belief shifts ✅ Product education ✅ Personality-driven content ✅ Feature specific products/categories This way, we can send as many emails as we want (within reason) without being overly repetitive. CLIENT: Oh, let's do that!
